Blood Donation Network

We intend to offer two benefits:

• Updated info on "Last Donation Date"
• Proof of Donation

This is the Idea:

Submit your Blood Donation info (Name/Group/last donation date) using the form https://forms.gle/fb8NN4YVCW8uD6VR9 and pass the Google Sheet https://t.me/c/2499564727/2906/3515 to whoever needs it.

The Google Sheet is shared in the related groups due to privacy and considering you are part of the group.

NOTE:

You can use alt names and social links instead of Phone Numbers as well! We appreciate every help we can get for the time of emergency. And we respect your privacy.

Rules:

• There should be a 4-month gap from their previous donation date. The donation date after registration will be updated using a different form.
• Donators need to share their blood donation "proof" / "record" (can be a blood test or, a receipt from the hospital) so the maintainers can update their "Last Donation Date" in the Database.
• Donators should be assured of a few things before they accept any blood donation request:
  
  
  • 1. The requester should cover the transport fees of the donator
  • 2. The requester should cooperate to get the Donation Proof from the Hospital
  • 3. No more monetary expenses than light meals after donation

Our mission is to streamline the process of blood donation, making it easy for volunteers to register and for recipients to find help quickly. By maintaining an up-to-date database, we aim to save precious time in emergencies.
